John W. Packer, CPA, CEPA, MBA has over 15 years of experience advising small business owners and leads Regal’s Small Business Advisory Services, with a focus on fractional CFO support and exit planning. He helps business owners improve financial clarity, drive profitability, and prepare for successful transitions. John holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from Penn State University, is a member of the AICPA, and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). He has consulted across a wide range of industries and is passionate about teaching and mentoring business leaders and accounting teams. John is married with three adult children and enjoys traveling, hiking, and visiting his grandchildren in Kansas City.
